3. NATURE OF SERVICES
ATENDAS TECH, LLC provides cloud-based omnichannel communication infrastructure under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, including:
•Voice (VoIP) infrastructure
•WhatsApp Business Platform integration
•Instagram and Messenger integration
•RCS messaging
•SMS and MMS messaging
•Transactional email notifications
•APIs and webhooks
•Artificial Intelligence processing
•Cloud storage and data routing
•Monitoring and analytics dashboards
The Company provides infrastructure and orchestration services but does not assume ownership of client data.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Services may depend on third-party providers including but not limited to:
•Meta Platforms, Inc.
•Telecommunications carriers
•RCS providers
•Cloud hosting providers
•AI model providers
The Company is not liable for outages, pricing changes, or policy modifications imposed by third-party providers.
5. PERMITTED USE
Users agree not to:
•Send spam or unsolicited communications
•Conduct unlawful marketing campaigns
•Engage in automated abuse or scraping
•Perform denial-of-service attacks
•Use the platform for illegal purposes
•Violate telecommunications regulations
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
ATENDAS TECH, LLC processes personal data in accordance with:
•U.S. applicable data protection laws
•Brazil’s LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018), when applicable
•GDPR principles where international data is processed
The Company may act as:
•Data Processor (when handling data on behalf of clients)
•Data Controller (for its own operational data)

8. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
•The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
•Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
13. MODIFICATIONS
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
